Theresa Oquialda - Administrative Coordinator
Biography:
Theresa Oquialda joined the WTC Professional Development Services team as an Administrative Coordinator in April 2012. Previously, she was an E.A.R.S. participant and a volunteer for the Centre staff.
Theresa's background and experience varies from the retail industry to non-profit and private sector businesses. As an Administrative Coordinator, Theresa will work closely with the Executive Director to maintain good working relationships with participants to ensure their success and to continually provide a very meaningful service to the community. She strongly believes training is an excellent investment as everyone benefits from it and regards customer service to be on top of her priority list, both internally and externally.
